This is a brick session focusing on the swim-to-bike and bike-to-run components of triathlon. Start practicing now to be ready for race season…
You will need your own bike and turbo trainer to participate. As we will be setting the bikes up poolside, we ask that you bring a large towel or yoga mat for under your bike to help protect the pool deck. We will also be asking for your estimated 400m swim time closer to the 1st in an effort to assign swim lanes more efficiently.
A brief outline of the day is as follows:
9:45 am – Sign-in and Setup
10:00 am – Swim-Bike Session in the pool.
12:15 am – Brunch – food provided in your ticket price
13:00 am – Bike-Run session on the track (weather dependent)
14:00 – Q&A/Finish
You will need to bring a turbo trainer for the swim/bike brick. Limited turbos are available if you don’t have one – please email firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to borrow one for the session.
