LTC league after round 11 – Blackwater Olympic in Fermoy at the weekend. Luke Lyons podium finish has catapulted him into 1st place in the men’s league. A lot of the athletes at the top have already completed four races so will need podium performances to improve their scores. With the Lost Sheep Middle Distance to come and 10 points on offer for completing there is still plenty to play for.
In the ladies league Murna Griffin O Malley still sits on top with Claire O Flynn in 2nd. Caitríona Farrell has jumped up to 3rd after her podium finish in Blackwater at the weekend. There are plenty of ladies that have not yet completed 4 races so there could be a shake up to come.
Next up is World’s End Tri in Castleconnell which is always greatly supported by LTC. The Lost Sheep is sold out and a large contingent of LTC members always travel down. Glin always well supported by LTC so make sure to get your entries in
