All eyes turn to Youghal for the inaugural IM Cork on Sunday 23rd. LTC will be represented by first timers and experienced Ironmen. The water could be bumpy, the cycle route promises to be challenging & the run will take in 4 laps of the town for the 2500 strong field. We have everything crossed for good weather, but all the work has now been done; in the wise works of our own Dave Beary: It’s not about who goes the fastest, but who slows down the least.
We will post the tracker and it is also being carried on Facebook LIVE on the Facebook page.
