Results round-up – June 8th/9th

Well done and thanks to Mark Dempsey who led a thorough and enjoyable HoTW  training day in Kilkee on Saturday – a choppy swim practice, a windy bike ride to Loop Head and that infamous run were enjoyed by some 40 participants. We look forward to seeing you all on the 29th of June.

• IM 70.3 Staffordshire – Well done to Bryan Nolan coming home in 5:11:19
• Centra Fastnet Triathlon, Schull – Shóna Keane made up for the disappointment of last week’s Kilrush Triathlon by taking 4th place & an Age group win.
• Westport Triathlon NS – Christian Jones came home 28th in the Standard distance in 2:17:04
• Portumna Forest marathon – Congratulations to Niamh Humphreys on her first 50K event.
• Rebel Plunge – well done to Brendan Naughton

Coming up this weekend the Lough Derg Sprint (part of the Tri Munster League) Hook or By Crook NS (Waterford) and the Aquathlon National Champs hosted by Pulse TC at Dublin’s Bull Wall.
