Limerick Triathlon Clubs annual Kilkee Triathlon Training day will be held on Saturday June 8th the time table for the day:
8.00 to 8.30 Registration at the strand hotel. (Tea/coffee on arrival)
9.00 to 10.00 Swim in Kilkee bay with exits, beach runs etc. (high tide 9.34)
10.15 to 11.00 Food Break
11.00 to 13.00 Bike (time trial format 1 min increments)
13.00 to 13.30 Food Break
14.00 to 15.00 Run (time trial format 30 sec increments)
15.00 to 15.30 Question and Answers
