This year’s pre-Christmas training day will be held on Sunday, December 9 at the UL Arena.

A brief outline of the day is as follows:

Registration 7:50

Swim 8-9am

Cycle from 9:15/20 – we will divide into groups based on average speed and planned time on the bike (choice of 1:30 or 2:30 spin)

Run will be 30 min

The session is designed for people to get home for the Munster match.
