Congratulations to Carolyn Hayes who topped the podium at the ATU Sprint triathlon in Morocco!

Well done to everyone at the Border Half Marathon – The women were on form with Hilkka taking the win in a PB 1:28, Murna in 3rd, great runs from Marcella, Mary R, Tess, Niamh H, Audrey, Elisa and Sinead. On the Mens side Shane L was first home in 11th – super runs from Noel H, Mike Q, Ian, Finbar, Peter, Derek, Kieran & Timmy
