Sunday – group ride from the Parkway 1000 (2-2.5 hours) or a shorter & steadier spin meet at UL Eastgate carpark 1000 (1.5hr) The UL group is a shorter steady paced spin – averaging 23kph/15mph, no one is under pressure and there may even be coffee.
