We will be holding a Beginner’s Triathlon Information night this coming Friday, 21 September, from 8-10 pm at the Castletroy Park Hotel. There will be a short presentation on how to get started in triathlon, and plenty of time to ask questions about training and membership. If you have any friends, family or acquaintances who are interested in our sport, please let them know about this event. Our gear supplier will also be on hand from 6:30-8:30 with samples of winter training items. This is your chance to try them on for size and place your order before the cold weather sets in!
