Congratulations to Garron Mosley who took 3^{rd i}n his age group at 43rd overall at the IM70.3 world championships in his native South Africa, in at time of 4:18:52 – smoking! Good luck with your prep for the IM World Championships in Kona.

Glin Triathlon  The final of our Club league races, what a lovely day for it! Well done to Colm Turner who won with a 5-minute margin, while Hilkka Kontro took second place.

The Lost Sheep– Middle distance National championships. We had a massive 30 members in this race, some for the first time – well done Shane C, Róisín D, Oorla, Mary Ryan & Pat O’Brien. Others return year on year to try and get the better of this brutal course, this year made all the more challenging by the unexpected heat! Congratulations to all our finishers and huge well done to our NC medalists:
