Caroline Kearney NS race – Midland TC were forced to cancel the swim and run the event as a Duathlon this year – 5km Run/40km bike/10km run. Congratulations to Sinéad Lynch who took second place overall, and the AG win. Alan Glover and Niamh Yelverton took second in their AGs, with Dan Shanahan & Ivan Yelverton also racing well.
Blackwater Triathlon – well done to Colm Turner who took 3rd place in the sprint, with Elisa O’Donovan also racing. Well done to Finbar Aherne, Kevin Bourke & Cyril McMahon who took on the Olympic distance.
Aquathlon – the 5th event in our series is back in Thursday night at OBB – sign on from 6:30 for a 7pm start – 750M swim/ 5km run
Mixed Team Relay – on Thursday Next August 24th – sign up here
Coming up : WorldsendTri in Castleconnell on Saturday and the IM 70.3 in Dun Laoghaire on Sunday.
