Fly Shannon Members League – Round 7 Results

LTC League after round 7 HOTW

 

Ladies League

 

Things are hotting up nicely in the ladies league after round 7. Aoibhe Reidy took max points and was the 1st LTC lady across the line and sits at the top of the table. Mary Ryan, Sinead Walsh and Alex Steward are all in joint 2nd place after picking up points at the weekend. Shona Keane was the 2nd LTC lady home and opened her account with 12 points. Caoimhe Maguire picked up 2 age group points also. There are 21 female members either racing or marshalling at the weekend so when done to all in what was a fantastic day. Well done all!!!

Men’s League

 

Bryan Nolan still sits at the top of the men’s table followed closely by Dermot Hanrahan and Richard Roche in 2nd spot. All three member raced at the weekend and raced well to collect 8 points each. Ed Fahy sits in 3rd spot and collected 2 age groups points after a super race.

The big guns came out to play at the weekend with Aaron O Brien taking the honour of 1st LTC member across the line followed closely by Colm Turner and Ronan Costelloe. Well done guys!!. There were also age group points for Eamon Hanly, Nick O Dwyer, Conor O Dea, Stephen Cunneen, Fergal O Connor and Noel Guinane. In total there were 91 male members either racing or marshalling at the weekend. Hats off to everyone who raced or helped out on the day.

The competition is heating up with seven rounds completed so far so we are just over half way. There are two more opportunities to collect more points in July with the Tribesmen Sprint and Olympic races in Galway on the 14th of July. I -Tri Sprint in Ennis is on the 21st of July also.
