La Rochelle Triathlon – well done to Alex Stewart who raced brilliantly in the French heat. 9th out of the water she finished 8th in the u20 category, 20th of 90 in this Elite women’s race.

Schull Fastnet Triathlon –  Michael Ryan, Liam Liddy, Ed Fahy and Nessan Geary all made thr trip to West Cork for the Schull Triathlon, the 4th round of teh National Series. Ed took the win in his age group, whilc Liam & Mike went 1,2 in theirs. Well done guys

  • Aquathlon Series – the first of our Club Aquathlons takes place this Thursday at O’Briens Bridge. This is and ideal way to test yourself against the clock & clubmates, as well as practicing wetsuit removal. This weeks event will be ideal for anyone heading to the Lough Derg Sprint on Saturday.
  • A reminder to register for races as Limerick TC so it’s easier to find you, you can send us news and pictures to news@limericktriathlon.com,

  • As well as the public Facebook page, we also have our members private facebook forum – just search for LimerickTriClubMembers send a request to join.

  • Over the summer months, as many Limerick residents traditionally holiday in Kilkee, you should find a group to bike with 0900 Saturdays at the Bandstand, and 1000 at the Church. A group swim happens from the Pier around high tide – to check the tide see here

  • Entries are open for Ennis TC’s Sprint and Tralee TC’s Tri Kingdom come – both Club league races ennis
