With the Hell of the West behind us, we still have plenty more to look forward to in the season.
Open water swimming continues on Monday nights at Castleconnell BC, and in addition to this we are also running a series of Aquathlon training sessions –swim run format on Thursdays (6:30 sign on and warm up for a 7pm start) if anyone would like to help out – safety volunteers are always welcome email secretary@limericktriathlon.com
With many people decamping from Limerick for the summer, aswell as informal arrangements group cycles meet up at the Church in Kilkee 10am Sunday mornings and group swims happen around high tide from the Pier (you can check the tide times here)
Please note our planned Junior Aquathlon has been postponed to September
