JUNIOR TRAINING…spread the word

Limerick Triathlon club are happy to announce that Junior Training will commence 3rd November and will include Swim, Bike & Run Sessions. Please spread the word. (*please note that the swim times have been changed)
SWIM
When: Saturdays
Where: UL Pool
Sessions:

- 9th nov 2-3 pm
- 23rd nov 3.30-4.30pm
- 30th Nov 3.30-4.30pm
- 14th dec 2-3pm
Cost: €5 per session
Ability: Junior must be able to swim 2 lengths of 50m pool
Coach: LTC Volunteers
BIKE
When: Sundays 3-4pm Limerick
Where: Racecourse commencing 3rd November
Cost: €2 per session
Ability: No experience required, any bike will do, helmets compulsory.
