Fascial Stretch Therapy

Flexibility is a key factor in injury prevention and increased performance

Many athletes, particularly runners and triathletes move repetitively and are thus susceptible to shortening and tightening of soft tissue.

What causes restriction and sometimes pain?   -  The lack of health and flexibility of our Fascia.

Bike park build

Bike park build and set up for registration will start at 4pm on Saturday afternoon -  please come along and lend a hand if you are available.
