After all the bad weather of recent weeks, it was great to see multisport action again!

• Alex Stewart took the long journey to Omagh for the Post Primary Schools Duathlon, and was rewarded with second place and a place in the National finals – well done Alex!

•  Ennis Duathlon on Sunday saw Colm Turner taking the win, on the back of his National Championship win. Great to see him back racing. Well done also to Bryan Nolan, Greg Baxter & Dermot Hayes.

• Well doen to those who participated and helped out at our beginner traing day on Sunday – we hope you are now well prepared for Joey!
• UL Sport will be operating Bank Holiday this Easter Weekend, so no Earlybird swims Friday 30^th or Monday 2^nd, and no technique session either.
• With the clock change, we will be starting our Wednesday night cycles departing the Hub at 6pm SHARP from Wednesday April 4^th. This is intended to be a steady paced cycle, not a race. Cyclists will be divided into groups of expected average speed.
