The second of our monthly club training days! This is a brick session focusing on the swim-to-bike and bike-to-run components of triathlon. Start practising now to be ready for race season…
You will need your own bike and turbo trainer to participate. As we will be setting the bikes up poolside, we ask that you bring a large towel or yoga mat for under your bike to help protect the pool deck. We will also be asking for your estimated 400m swim time closer to the 18th, in an effort to assign swim lanes more efficiently.
A brief outline of the day is as follows:
7:45am – Sign-in and Setup
8am – Swim-Bike Session in the pool.
10:15am – Brunch – food provided in your ticket price
11:00am – Bike-Run session on the track (weather dependent)
1:00 – Q&A/Finish
