We will be running a Beginners Training Day on Sunday, March 12.
This event is geared toward athletes new to triathlon or those returning to the sport after some time away. We will start off our day in the pool, and cycle and run the Try-a-Tri routes. We will also work through transitions T1 (swim to bike) and T2 (bike to run). You will leave with a training outline that brings you right up to race day. More experienced athletes are welcome to attend – or, if you are available to lend your expertise on the day, please let us know by emailing secretary@limericktriathlon.

A Beginners Information Night will also be held on Monday, April 10. We will introduce you to the venue, discuss topics such as transition and clothing, and hold a Question & Answer session. Details on time and location will be provided once they have been finalized.
